At RyePark House we are all about our guests and your experience with us from your first to your last contact with us.  We have from the start of the lockdowns given 100% * refunds to ALL our guests who were not able to stay with us due to the government restrictions.  We WILL continue to do this.

So you can book with us with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if we move into lockdown again when you have booked to stay with us you will get all your money back, no quibble no fuss.

Just to make it clear in case you could not quite believe what you read above…

  • If we are unable to open due to government restrictions at the time of your stay we will refund you 100% of your payments.
  • If you are unable to travel due to government restrictions in your area at the time of your stay we will refund you 100% of your payments – even if we are allowed to open
  • If you test positive or are asked to isolate before your stay with us and are therefore unable to stay with us, we will also refund you. We would however need to see written evidence of the confirmation of a positive test or direct instructions to isolate before we would refund.

We still strongly advise that you take out travel insurance when travelling in the UK as you would do when travelling abroad.

Please note that outside of government restrictions we will revert to our normal cancellation terms as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

* Payments made using PayPal – The only exception to this rule is where the PayPal refund is more than 108 days after your payment to us.  In this case, we will deduct the fee charged by PayPal to process your payment – this is approximately 3% of your payment to us.
